Step 1: Choose an Apartment

Browse our apartment selection and find the one that best suits you. Pay attention to:

Step 2: Contact Us

You can make a reservation in three ways:

• ▸ Contact Form: Fill out the contact form on our website

Step 3: Confirm Reservation

After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to confirm:

• ▸ Apartment availability
• ▸ Final stay dates
• ▸ Total price
• ▸ Additional services (transfer, parking...)

Check-in

Time: 14:00 (earlier check-in upon request)
Required: ID card or passport
Payment: Cash (EUR/RSD) or card

Check-out

Time: 11:00 (later check-out upon request)
Procedure: Simple key handover

Payment Terms

• ▸ Short stay (1-6 nights): Payment upon check-in
• ▸ Longer stay (7+ nights): 30% deposit, remainder upon check-in
• ▸ Monthly rental: Special price, payment in advance

Cancellation Policy

• ▸ Free cancellation: Up to 48h before check-in
• ▸ Late cancellation: 50% charge (24-48h before arrival)
• ▸ No-show: 100% charge
